Introducing the Akylin T-Slotting Cutter Set, complete with an arbor and clean-cutting 2-wing cutter designed to quickly cut 3/8" (9.5mm)-deep slots and grooves. The cutter set comes with a 1/4" shank and cutting height options of 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 1/4" and 5/8", along with a 1-1/4" cutting diameter. This versatile tool is perfect for producing T slots and grooves in any type of wood, making it especially ideal for plywood.

Each cutter is supplied with a 1/2" diameter bearing, and the depth of cut can be adjusted by purchasing alternate bearing sizes. By using a Φ16mm bearing, you can achieve 5/16" (7.9mm)-deep slots; with a Φ19mm bearing, you can cut 1/4" (6.3mm)-deep slots; a Φ22mm bearing will result in 3/16" (4.8mm)-deep slots; and a Φ19mm bearing will create 1/8" (3.2mm)-deep slots.

Please note that it is normal for a little rust preventive oil to deposit on the sandblasted surface, giving it a slightly dirty appearance, but this does not affect the usage. We guarantee that these cutters are of high quality and are brand new. It is important to insert the cutter shanks into the collets as deeply as possible, leaving 3mm or less shank showing.
